Put just 3 ingredients in a slow cooker and then carry with your day until dinner time? What could possibly be easier when cooking for a hungry family! I also tossed in a little crushed fresh garlic (perhaps I felt guilty that this meal was all too easy, lol!). The chicken was oh so good and with some guacamole and a few other tasty sides we absolutely loved it!
