Wow, what an indulgent delight this will be for the holidays in my gift giving goody baskets. I'm not a big chocolate chip cookie fan but with peanut butter and caramels I just may change my mind. Can you imagine this recipe with some chopped up peanut butter cups incorporated into it or what about Butterfingers sprinkled over the top after it comes out of the oven? Omg yes, please!

This recipe looks interesting, especially because it has chocolate in it. I like bars and this is a fairly easy process. My husband loves caramel and I think he'd like the addition of the peanut butter. I'm wondering if I could freeze some of the bars for a later date. Have any readers tried it?

My mouth was watering just reading the recipe. Any cookie or bar that incorporates chocolate and peanut butter gets my attention. Add in caramel and it immediately becomes something I want to try making. It's a simple recipe, which I always like, and the finished bar looks wonderful. Definitely one to add to my must-make list.
