First thing I noticed was no egg(s) were listed in the ingredients. The taste is excellent and looks appetizing, but crumbles when you eat it. Very messy. I will use this to top vanilla ice cream rather than throw away the costly ingredients. Big disappointment.

Nothing "chewy" about this recipe!
