Chicken W/ Satay Glaze
Ingredients
- 4 chicken thighs or pre brined chicken breasts pounded very thinly
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp oil
- 3 Tbsp honey
- 1/2 tsp corriander
- 1/8 tsp cayenne
- 1/2 tsp dry minced garlic or 2 cloves fresh
Instructions
Mix ingredients well until honey is dissolved. Marinate overnight and grill.
