Cheddar Broccoli Bake

Casserole recipes always seem to bring comfort to the dinner table. Cheddar Broccoli Cake is a wonderful side dish casserole that will become an instant classic. Loaded with a cheddar cheese sauce and topped with savory onion rings, every bite is exploding with flavor that everyone will love. Even if you don't like broccoli, this casserole recipe will have you coming back for more.

Ingredients

  • 1 can (10.75-ounces) Campbell's Condensed Cheddar Cheese Soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • dash Ground black pepper
  • 4 cups cooked broccoli cuts
  • 1 1/3 cup French fried onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Stir the soup, milk, black pepper, broccoli and 2/3 cup onions in a 1 1/2-quart casserole.

  3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25 minutes or until the mixture is hot and bubbling. Stir.

  4. Top with the remaining onions. Bake for 5 minutes or until the onions are golden.
