Ingredients

  • Dissolve 4 Tbsp unflavored gelatin in 1 cup cold cider. Boil 1
  • 1/2 cup cider, add 4 cups sugar, bring to boil, and add first
  • mixture. Boil 15 minutes, then pour into a long Pyrex pan dipped
  • in cold water. Let stand for 24 hours, cut, and roll in powdered
  • sugar. (I think nuts should be added at the end of that long boil.
