  • 15 ounces Pumpkin Puree
  • 12 ounces Evaporated Milk
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 3 cups Light Brown Sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 15 1/4 ounces Dry Yellow Cake
  • 1 cup Pecans
  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  1. Preheat the oven to 350F. Spray the inside of a 9 by 13-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

  2. Add the pumpkin, milk, eggs, brown sugar, pumpkin pie spice, and salt to a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
