Foolproof Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 boneless beef sirloin steak or beef top round steak, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 pound), cut into very thin strips
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 small clove garlic, minced
- 1 can (10.75-ounces) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
- 1/3 cup water
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 4 cups hot cooked egg noodles
Instructions

Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until well browned. Remove the beef from the skillet.

Heat the remaining oil in the skillet. Add the broccoli, onion and garlic powder and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Stir the soup, water and soy sauce in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the beef to the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.

Serve the beef mixture over the noodles.

I really like how tasty this recipe sounds, but I was looking for something a little bit more budget-friendly than sirloin. Was there anything other meat that you tried in this recipe? If so, then how did it turn out? I am really curious about this one because I love beef and broccoli.
