A wonderful take on stir-fry, Foolproof Beef and Broccoli is a quick and easy beef recipe that is ready in minutes. Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 boneless beef sirloin steak or beef top round steak, 3/4-inch thick (about 1 pound), cut into very thin strips
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 medium onion, cut into wedges
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder or 1 small clove garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10.75-ounces) Campbell's Condensed Cream of Broccoli Soup (Regular or 98% Fat Free)
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 4 cups hot cooked egg noodles

Instructions

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until well browned. Remove the beef from the skillet.

  2. Heat the remaining oil in the skillet. Add the broccoli, onion and garlic powder and stir-fry until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  3. Stir the soup, water and soy sauce in the skillet and heat to a boil. Return the beef to the skillet and cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling.

  4. Serve the beef mixture over the noodles.
