This mouth-watering Not Yo Mama's Grilled Cheese is so irresistible. Just looking at the melted cheese makes me strongly crave for this bread recipe. You see I am not a bread eater. I like to eat bread when it's grilled like this, toasted or made into French toast. This one looks so good, can't wait to make it myself. Will try it with a quick-melt kind of cheese.

Honestly, this recipe had me at whiskey bacon. I've definitely set this aside for future use, especially when making cheeseburgers. I think that would be a great addition. Do take a look at the video that's linked to in the recipe. If you haven't cooked bacon in the oven before, it's a good way to do it. I'd be interested in trying it the next time we do some grilling outdoors. I'd be interested in trying this with some jack or queso cheese as well as the cheddar and mozzarella in the recipe.
