I have to admit that I have never tried fried pickles before, but I think that will have to change now that I seen this recipe because it looks so easy and tasty too. I think my kids will love these because they like pickles anyway, especially bread and butter pickles and gherkins.

I love fried pickles. I didn't know that you could make some so easily at home! I am definitely going to try this recipe! And I'm thinking about so many other veggies to try, as the other reviews stated. This would be perfect for so many things! I can't wait until my veggies start coming up in the garden in a couple of months!

I bet you could deep fry just about anything and it would taste great! I want to try this recipe with both dill pickles and sweet bread and butter chips to see which one I like better. They would be great with the ranch, but I might go a step further and mix some cayenne pepper sauce with the dressing. Party on!

I love the idea behind this recipe for pickle crisps. It just boggles my mind how many different ways people can come up with to do something with oil for frying and a basic batter. Of course, I can always try this with cucumbers, zuchinis, potato slices, or various vegetables. But however I end up adding to this one or whatever variation I make, it's a guarantee some will be pickles!
