Chili BBQ Chicken Kabobs

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 1 cup chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon molasses
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/8 cup Worcestershire sauce
- dash red pepper flakes
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
Wash chicken breast halves and remove excess fat; cube and spear onto skewers. Grill for 5-7 minutes on each side; remove from heat.
In a small saucepan melt butter then add remaining ingredients. Simmer for approximately 10-15 minutes or until desired consistency.
Remove from heat and brush over chicken. Serve with steamed white rice with fresh lime and cilantro.
