Incredible White Bean “meatballs” In Garlic Tomato Sauce

"These white bean “meatballs” in garlic tomato sauce are quite possibly the best vegetarian meatballs ever. We’re talking a ton of great flavors, simple everyday ingredients, and all done in a little over 30 minutes. Serve this dish next to a crunchy baguette and a bottle of Spanish red wine for a great meal. To make this recipe, I used canned white beans. More specifically, cannellini beans. However, you can use whatever type of canned white beans you like. If you prefer, you can also use dried white beans. Just soak them in plenty of water overnight and then simmer them the following day for 1 to 2 hours or until tender."
