Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Onion
- 3 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Crushed Red Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
- 1 pound Ground Beef
- 15 ounces Dark Red Kidney Beans
- 14 ounce Diced Tomatoes
- 3/4 cup Water
- 2 tablespoon Fresh Parsley

Set the Instant Pot to saute mode. Brown the ground beef and drain the excess grease.

In a separate bowl, whisk the spices together. Add to the ground beef and stir, cooking for 2 minutes.
