I can't say enough good things about this dish. My wife and I had the soup at Olive Garden and she managed to find a copycat recipe (possibly this one) on line. It's a great and very tasty soup. We altered it a bit by exchanging cheese tortellini for the potatoes a couple of the times we made it. It's easy to make and delicious. What more could you ask?

This recipe has bacon in it. Zuppa Toscana should not have bacon in it.

This recipe is different. There shouldn't be bacon in it.

This is my favorite soup at the Olive Garden so this recipe is a dream come true:)

How much Parmesan cheese??

One of your bloggers left a recipe last week for "Caramel Apple Cookies" using an apple cider mix. Can you send it to me? Thanks in advance.
