Ingredients

  • 2 2 hot samosas
  • 4-6 crispy papdis / puris
  • 2 tbsp curd
  • ¼ onion finely chopped
  • ¼ tomato finely chopped
  • few coriander leaves finely chopped
  • 2 tsp mint coriander chutney / green chutney
  • 2 tsp tamarind dates chutney
  • ½ tsp red chilli powder
  • ½ tsp chaat masala
  1. take 2 hot samosas, and roughly break it into small pieces and place in a plate.

  2. also crush 4-5 papdis or paani puris and spread over the samosas.

  3. pour the yogurt over the samosas and top with the sweet tamarind chutney, green chutney.

  4. now add chopped onion and tomatoes.

  5. now add lots of sev over samosa chaat.

  6. sprinkle the spice powder like chilli powder, chaat masala according to your taste.
