I'm looking forward to trying this recipe out once I'm able to locate a local supplier of the Little Potato Company products. If not, then I'll just experiment with different seasoning combinations. I love the idea of a scalloped potato dish incorporating the elements of chicken cordon bleu and this will be fun to work on for dinner sometime soon.
