Carrot Raisin Salad is delicious and my kids hardly notice the fruits and veggies in it, so it’s simple to get them to eat it! In fact, they eat it without complaining each time! I love to bring this Carrot Raisin Salad to potlucks! It’s always a hit and a great balance to the heavy sides and main dishes that are normally there.
