    Ingredients

    • 1 - 2 small chiles, minced
    • 1 tablespoon white vinegar, heated
    • 1/2 cup nuoc mam (fish sauce)
    • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
    • 1 small carrot, finely shredded, rinsed and squeezed dry
    • 2 cloves garlic
    • 1/2 cup sugar

    Instructions

    Nuoc Cham.. Combine.
