Raspberry Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tbs dijon mustard
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
- 2 cups vegetable oil
Instructions
Place all ingredients (except oil) in a blender and process with motor running. slowly add oil and process until mixture thickens. makes 3 cups or so mayo. Note: For chicken or turkey salads.
