    Orange Cream Cheese Spread

    Ingredients

    • 2-3oz.pkg.cream cheese
    • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
    • 1/4 cup frozen orange juice, undiluted
    • 2 teaspoons grated orange rind

    Instructions

    Beat cream cheese at medium speed. Add powdered sugar, orange juice and grated rind, mix well. This is good on ritz crackers or poppy seed bread. Makes about 1 cup
