    I absolutely love fresh vegetables. Add to that pasta and parmesan cheese, and you have my attention. This recipe is so simple, and yet it is filled with the most remarkable blend of flavors. The Orecchiette is the perfect pasta for this dish as the "little ears" cradle and capture some of the ingredients. The crunch of the almonds, and brightness of the lemon zest, really enhance the enjoyment of this wonderful recipe.

    This one pot wonder is so delicious and healthy! I absolutely love the flavor of zucchini, especially in the summer when you can find it really fresh. Although It is really lean and good for you, it is still very comforting and fills you up. I love the shell noodles in this compared to using regular elbow macaroni, and the citrus lemon flavor really brightens it up and enhances the freshness of this dish.
