Cake rolls always seem so fancy. I love that you can change up the filling and completely change the whole thing. When making this, it is very important to follow directions and to roll up the cake while it is warm. If you wait until cool, it won't roll up right and will break.

So it's delicious AND looks great! Candy canes are so festive!
