- 5 oz frozen watermelon
- 6 oz frozen strawberry
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 oz frozen banana
- 1 tsp flax seeds
Cut the watermelon into chunks and transfer to a bowl.
Remove the green tops from the strawberry.
Add banana and freeze for 2 hours or overnight.
Transfer the frozen fruit to a blender.
Add almond milk and blend until smooth.
Remove and transfer to a glass.
Add flax seeds and serve.
