"A good way to get fruit your fruit in is to make a smoothie. A smoothie is a drink made from raw fruit and vegetables with a liquid base such as water, milk, or non-dairy milk products. If you love making smoothies at home, then this is a perfect recipe to make! This watermelon strawberry smoothie recipe is the thirst-quencher you are looking for on a warm afternoon. The popularity of smoothies has increased in recent years. They are a great thirst quencher and are very diet friendly. There are 2 kinds of fruit smoothies. First is the classic fruit"


Preparation Time5 min


  • 5 oz frozen watermelon
  • 6 oz frozen strawberry
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2 oz frozen banana
  • 1 tsp flax seeds


  1. Cut the watermelon into chunks and transfer to a bowl.

  2. Remove the green tops from the strawberry.

  3. Add banana and freeze for 2 hours or overnight.

  4. Transfer the frozen fruit to a blender.

  5. Add almond milk and blend until smooth.

  6. Remove and transfer to a glass.

  7. Add flax seeds and serve.
