- 1 cup Smooth Peanut Butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 12 Mini Peanut Butter Cups

Preheat oven to 325°F

Mix peanut butter, sugar and an egg

Roll into balls

Remove from oven and immediately press a mini peanut butter cup into the center of each cookie
