Easy Honey Mustard Chicken Bites
Bite sized pieces of boneless chicken are seasoned with honey-mustard, breaded and baked crisp then they're ready to dunk in a refreshing orange-honey-mustard sauce. Easy baked chicken recipes like these "nugget" make an amazing quick dinner; especially for the kids!
Alternate Preparation: Stir the remaining dressing and orange juice in a small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute or until the dressing mixture is hot.

- 1 1/2 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 jar (12 ounces) refrigerated honey mustard salad dressing
- 2 cups Pepperidge Farm® Herb Seasoned Stuffing, crushed
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
Dip the chicken into 3/4 cup dressing and coat with the stuffing. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place the chicken on 2 baking sheets. Bake for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Stir the remaining dressing and orange juice in a 1-quart saucepan and heat through over medium heat. Serve the dressing mixture with the chicken for dipping.
