Hawaiian Spice Cake
Ingredients
- 6 ozs.s butter
- 2 cups flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 large cup sugar
- 1 tsp ginger
- 2 Tbs vinegar
- 1/2 tsp soda in 1/2 cup warm milk
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar, add well beaten egg, then flour and other dry ingredients, then soda and lastly vinegar. Bake in moderate oven 1 hour.
