Carrot cake is delicious. I do like moist cakes. I thought it had cream cheese frosting on the top but it is cream. I find that a nice 'twist' as something different. I would like to try that but would still prefer the cake with cream cheese frosting. It would also be nice to add zucchini with the carrot I think.
