Ingredients

  • 2 packages (3 ounces each) beef flavor ramen noodle soup
  • 3/4 pound extra lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 (10-3/4-ounce) Campbell's® Condensed Tomato Soup
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  1. Heat 4 cups water in a 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil. Break up the noodles and stir into the saucepan. Reduce the heat to medium. Cook for 3 minutes or until the noodles are tender. Drain the noodles well in a colander.

  2. Cook the beef, onion and garlic powder in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is well browned, stirring often to separate meat. Pour off any fat.

  3. Stir the tomato soup, water, noodles and 1 ramen seasoning packet in the skillet. (Reserve remaining seasoning packet for another use.) Cook until the mixture is hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.

What can't Ramen do? I love how you can use this ingredient to make a lunch or a dinner. It works with beef and chicken. I have also seen dishes with pork and shrimp using Ramen. I like that your beefy skillet is homemade with the fresh onion, garlic, and hamburger.

We generally follow a low carb diet but the one exception I am always very happy to make is ramen noodles. I made this for dinner tonight and we all loved it, there was not a speck of food left in the dish and the children were asking when I would be making it again so it was definitely a winner!

Ramen noodles are delicious......but, you can only toss them into something the last couple of minutes, or they become gluey!! I LOVE them............!!

I wasn't impressed with this....I added a can of mushrooms and about 1/2 cup of salsa...Even before it cooled off, the noodles became really gumpy...I will have to add a can of tomato sauce to the leftovers..I won't be making this again..Sorry...
