Creamy Garlic & Spinach Chickpeas | Quick & Easy One-pot Recipe

"These CREAMY Garlic & Spinach Chickpeas are filled with flavors, made with simple everyday ingredients, and done in just 30 minutes. Serve them as a side next to some grilled fish or even as a main course, as they certainly have enough protein. Either way, it’s the kind of food that will fill you with goodness. To make this recipe, I used canned chickpeas (aka garbanzo beans). Just to make things quicker and easier. If you prefer, you can use dried chickpeas. Just soak them overnight in plenty of water and then simmer the following day for 1 to 2 hours or until tender. "
