These look positively delicious! Time is sometimes at a premium around here, so I think I would opt for the use of store-bought pizza dough in making these. I think I'd also sprinkle a little chopped garlic on top of the bombs before baking. I love garlic knots, so anything I can do to turn them a bit more garlicy, I'll try.
