"Tired of traditional ketchup to dip your fries into? This green goddess dip is a refreshing change of pace. Made with fresh delicious herbs - whip it up in your blender and in less than five minutes you'll have the perfect dip to pair with your favorite Alexia fries! (My flavor of choice being the Crispy Rosemary with Sea Salt & Crispy Seasoned Potato Puffs). This recipe is delicious with your favorite glass of Pinot Grigio!"

I haven't had Green Goddess dressing in years, and this recipe caught my eye. I had thought it used the store-bought dressing as a base, but I was pleasantly surprised to discover it was a from-scratch recipe. I've seen some online recipes for the dressing that use anchovies or anchovy paste as ingredients. I can't remember if that's an ingredient that the packaged dressings use, but I think I would try adding it to this dip.
