"Oven "fried" pickles get baked to crunchy perfection, and just so happen to be gluten-free as well! These healthier, un-fried pickles are next accompanied by a creamy, Avocado-Dill Aioli for dipping! These oven fried pickles are a breeze to make, and cleanup is too. Simply "bread" the pickles while the oven pre-heats. Once you pop them in the oven for 12 minutes, make the Aioli- just throw all of the ingredients in a food processor, give it a good whirl, and viola! Best served immediately, and devoured enthusiastically."

  1. While oven preheats, "bread" the pickles

  2. Place pickles in oven for 12 minutes.

  3. As pickles bake, prepare the Aioli in a food processor, combining all ingredients at once.

  4. Serve pickles immediately, alongside Avocado-Dill Aioli
