I love the idea of making these to serve with chili. I usually serve cornbread, but these cheese squares would have more of a zip. I'm always looking for easy Bisquick recipes, so I won't have to make bread type items from scratch. I might make these to go with my chicken tortilla soup.

Yum! I served these as a side instead of an appetizer. I made this to go along with a pot of chili. I would make it again. The squares had really good flavor and the whole family seemed to enjoy them. I cut them into 16 squares instead of 25. They would be a great go along with any southwestern dish.
