If you have never made biscotti before, you have to try it! It is really easy to make but does take a lot of time. You usually have to bake the biscotti twice to get that extra crunch! This pumpkin biscotti recipe is perfect for the fall and winter months. I think it would be great with some crushed pecans added to the batter and a maple or caramel glaze instead of the melted chocolate. Also, a really cool feature about the blog this came from is you can write in how many servings you need to make and it adjusts the ingredient list for you!
