Polynesian Pork Marinade
Polynesian Pork Marinade is a slightly sweet, slightly hot marinade perfect for chicken, kebabs, pork, steak and more. Try it for a great summer grilling meal.
Ingredients
- 1 onion, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- A few drops tabasco sauce (optional)
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well. Let meat marinade several hours or overnight. Great with shish kebabs, steak or even chicken. Double or triple recipe with ease if serving large quantities.
