Polynesian Pork Marinade

Polynesian Pork Marinade is a slightly sweet, slightly hot marinade perfect for chicken, kebabs, pork, steak and more. Try it for a great summer grilling meal.


  • 1 onion, grated
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • A few drops tabasco sauce (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil


  1. Mix all ingredients well. Let meat marinade several hours or overnight. Great with shish kebabs, steak or even chicken. Double or triple recipe with ease if serving large quantities.
