"How cute are these No Bake Chocolate Mousse Cups? And so simple to prepare. It makes a great quick to prepare dessert, party treat or even a cute little gift. The cups are just melted chocolate brushed into paper cases, left to dry for 10 minutes, brushed again, left to dry for another 10 minutes and then filled with chocolate mousse. Or you could use strawberry mousse or sweetened whipped cream. I just used chocolate, because… well I just love anything and everything chocolate."

I am always on the lookout for new dessert recipes, especially chocolate ones and this looks amazing! I love that it is no bake so it's easy to make with kids or in the summer when you don't want to turn the oven on. These are so pretty and the different kinds you can make are endless! You could use white chocolate and make cookies and cream or add fruit or nuts! These would be perfect to bring to a dinner party or potluck! And it's great that you can make them ahead too!

These are so cute! I love the idea of making the little cups out of chocolate. Those are perfect to fill with the mousse but also great to fill with cheesecake or any kind of creamy dessert filling! I would probably top these with some chopped nuts or sprinkles. One question- what is 250 mL of whipping cream in cups or ounces?

250 mL is approximately 1 cup

The best thing ever, Mom! That was our 10year old son after he and his sleepover friends had finished off every single one of these Chocolate Mousse Cups yesterday. Luckily I had one before I handed them over to the always ravenous boys and I agree entirely with his assessment. A teeny bit fiddly to make but that is made up for by not having to bake. And very chocolishiously good!
