"The delightful combination of chocolate and mint make up these, soft, creamy,addicting bars. Your base starts with a cake mix, then, your mint cream center includes, powdered sugar, butter and shortening. Then, the frosting is just some chocolate chips and more butter. These bars are so addicting and delicious, eating just one of them is pretty much impossible! Here is what you need to make these bars: chocolate cake mix softened butter egg water unflavored gelatin boiling water powdered sugar softened butter shortening mint Extract green food coloring"

The name of this recipe is a little deceiving. I was picturing more of a yogurt parfait than these bars that look like ice cream sandwiches. Additionally, the mint filling is interesting because it looks like ice cream (and would be easier and more tasty if it was ice cream in my opinion!) Just a few suggestions on how to improve this recipe!
