Oh, I love anything with graham crumbs, peanut butter and oats! I have a similar recipe which calls for less ingredients but no oats and so I'm looking forward to trying this one out. Has anyone substituted crunchy peanut butter for the smooth? Just wondering if that is overkill since there are chopped peanuts in the topping. Thanks.
