Eggnog and cheesecake in the same dessert? Someone, catch me, I think I'm going to faint. These bars sound like the best thing I have heard in so long. I want to make up a bunch of these bars and share them because I know they are going to make me smile.

These look great! Eggnog is such a versatile ingredient that we should definitely use more often in the place of milk! I like this recipe because there are so many desserts around the holidays and you could cut these into bite-size pieces so everyone can try! Another variation would be to make these into more of a cookie shape using festive cookie cutters!
