What little girl wouldn't want a party where this cookie pie is the highlight? I think this is a fun way to celebrate without baking a traditional cake. I have several family members that do not like cake, but they will eat a ton of cookies, so this pie is a great option for our family gatherings.

I have a special place in my heart (or stomach) for birthday cake, but look at this amazing cookie pie! It is so pretty, and I can tell it would make a great birthday treat. We don't have any family birthdays for awhile, so I guess I'll just have to call it Valentine cookie pie, or just Celebration Cookie Pie!
