For a yummy summer dessert idea, try making these Blueberry Cheesecake Bars! They're a great treat to take to any get-together. A hint of lemon complements the sweet yet tart taste of blueberries. The streusel topping adds the right amount of satisfying crunch to these creamy dessert bars. You can even substitute the blueberries for raspberries or strawberries (or any of your favorite fruits) to please everyone's palate no matter the event. To make this recipe even easier, you can use frozen fruit if you don't have any fresh ones on hand.

I have a really similar blueberry cream cheese bar recipe and they are everyone's favorite! I use fresh blueberries and blueberry jam as the filling. Also, the topping has oats and chopped nuts in it. This is a great dessert eaten warm or cold so not just for the summer!
