5 Ingredient Brownies in a Bag

Ingredients

3/4 cup cocoa
1 1/2 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups sugar

Instructions

Mix cocoa and soda together well. Add other dry ingredients and follow directions on the tag.

Tag directions:

Add 1/2 c. boiling water to dry ingredients.
Stir in 2/3 cup oil, 2 eggs and 1 tsp. vanilla.
Pour in lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees F for 35 to 40 minutes.

hymim.....The bag would be if you are giving the dry brownie mix as a gift. Place dry ingredients in a zip-top baggie and include the rest of the directions, ie, wet ingredients measurements and baking instructions.
