Mason Jar Lemon Meringue Pies
This is a lemon meringue pie recipe with a twist. Mason Jar Lemon Meringue Pies are individual pies made in a mason jar! With only a few simple ingredients including a box of Jell-O Lemon Pie & Pudding Mix, you can make these adorable treats. A graham cracker crust is baked in the bottom of the jar, followed by the lemon pudding and then meringue topping. Refrigerate them before serving, then enjoy a cool treat full of tangy lemon flavor.

I love the fact that these lemon meringue pies are served in mason jars. What a novel idea. They look great. I would love to serve them to my guests, it certainly is a conversation starter. I also think that there is something a little more satisfying if you eat a dessert as an individual serving rather than a slice of pie. It's all just for you!

I love making deserts in mason jars! I'm more used to working with the no-bake or put-together recipes, but this one has been a favorite of mine forever! I've always had to add this one in any time I was already baking pies for the holidays, and sometimes have made these instead of thanksgiving pies in the oven! You definitely can't go wrong with lemon meringue pie in a mason jar!
