Right, this millionaire pie reminds me of ambrosia salad. Same appearance, same ingredients. I like this type of dessert because it's so simple, not heavy in the stomach, and easy to prepare.

This looks a lot like the Ambrosia salads or what I call "Fluff" but put into a graham cracker crust. Why didn't I think of that? I know my family will love this recipe. I wanted to make it for Easter, but I don't think I can wait that long. Sounds like a good treat for next weekend!

This recipe looks really interesting. I don't think we have anything like this in the UK - we have Millionaire's Shortbread, but that has chocolate and caramel sauce on top.
