I really was not sure about the combination of pineapple, cherries and blue berries but I was most surprised to find that they work very well together, Who would have thought, lol! It is a lovely comforting and warming dessert on a chilly wintry day. We all loved it and it has already been added to our favorite recipe file!

I love dump cakes and this one looks to have nearly everything. While I'm not overly fond of pineapple, my wife loves it, so this cobbler will definitely be on the must-bake list for sometime this summer. I'm interested in trying it with the original walnuts and pecans, though I love almonds and think they'd be perfect for this. Great, easy recipe that's perfect with a bit of ice cream or whipped cream.
