This salad tastes like you bought it from a gourmet deli counter! I am so glad to find out about this brand of Italian dressing - it has such a great flavor and I will be using it for many other salads. I like to use pitted kalamata olives for this recipe since I like their flavor a little better than the canned. You could use gorgonzola or bleu cheese in place of the feta if you wish for a slightly different flavor.
