Grape Salad Recipe

We've been enjoying the vintage recipe trend lately, and we're so glad that it's bringing recipes like this one back (or maybe it never left?)! Even though you could argue that grapes don't need to be dressed up, we certainly love the creamy, tangy topping in this recipe. It transforms one of our favorite fruits into a dessert or side dish that everyone will remember.

Instructions

  1. Remove grapes from their stems ad place in a large bowl.

  2. With a stand mixer, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, sugar and vanilla until blended.

  3. Pour over the grapes and fold together to coat.

  4. Transfer to a serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until serving.

  5. Sprinkle with pecans before serving.

Wow. I like this kind of salad. Vintage Grape Salad. My first time to see and read about this salad. I want to try this, the ingredients are easy to find and the preparation is just easy. Looks so delish.

The contrast of so many different flavors and textures in this recipe sound amazing to my taste buds (which are doing a happy dance just thinking about it) but I'm wondering, do you think plain Greek yogurt can be used to substitute the sour cream and honey for the sugar without affecting the outcome of this yummy salad?

This Vintage Grape Salad recipe is one that my family had never heard of, until now. Such a great combination of flavors and textures, all wrapped up in a refreshing Summer salad. This recipe is sure to become a classic that will be passed down for generations to come in my family.

This was so yummy! I loved the crunch of the fresh grapes with the creaminess of the dressing.

This was a great summer recipe! The pecans were the perfect touch.

Why doesn't anyone make this dish anymore?! It's so good! I especially love the crunchiness of the pecans against the creaminess of the sour cream.
