I love cucumber salad but I used a different dressing. Instead of using sour cream and mixing dill, I use vinegar, sugar, and salt, and that's it. It's good but I want to try this creamy cucumber salad you have here.

I love the recipe . My husband and I will be growing cucumbers this summer. This is a great way for us to eat and share our cucumbers. We love spinach too, so my salad will have small pieces of spinach.

Yes please! This creamy cucumber salad is a MUST try. I can't wait to try it. I eat cucumber almost every day. I'm sure it is going to taste great with the sour cream. I also think it would be a good idea to use yogurt. Maybe some double cream Greek yogurt. I think that would work.

I love creamy cucumber salads. I will definitely try this one because it's different from my usual. We like to have cucumber salad with foods that are spicy hot, like jambalaya.

I always have too many cucumbers and I can only eat so many plain and make so many pickles and relish. I don't like adding sugar if I don't have to and it doesn't seem needed here. I also don't like peeling my cucumbers. Though if the cucumbers you have tend to have a bitter skin, peeling them is a good idea.

Cucumber salad, made just the way I like it! Love the creamy dressing and the dill. It's important to try to get as much water out of the cucumbers before the dressing is made and using the salt before hand is perfect! Have you tried using Greek yogurt instead of sour cream?

quick and easy salad and very tasty have made this salad. my granddaughter loves vegetables and this is one of the salads that she like we sometimes add cherry tomatoes and the little yellow ones we use less dill this is a good way to introduce your children to eating healthier while adding a little color to your food
