Mmmm, delicious! Our family mostly follows a low carb diet but every so often we splash out on a really nice pasta dish and this is definitely going to become a favorite. I used all the chicken meat so increased the rest of the ingredients accordingly and then I froze the leftover portion of the baked dish. We all really enjoyed this chicken pasta casserole and will definitely be making it again soon.

I don't think I would cook a whole chicken for two cups of meat. But, I guess that means you could save the rest for making this dish a second time. I love that you can freeze this. Perfect for when you just don't know what to make. My daughter is gone more for meals than home now a days so using two small pans- one to cook and one to freeze- is a great idea.

Just tried it again and it still won't work, This is all I get ( I copied and pasted): Lisa's dinnertime dish is coming soon! Please check back 1/1/12 Guess it wasn't meant for me to make. :-{
