Comment On This Article

You say potato, I say potahto. You say tater, I say tater tots, oh! However you say it, just say it's darn good. The spin on this meal is that it is a hybrid between green bean and tater tot casserole.

Cooking Time: 45 min

Ingredients
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can French style green beans
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package frozen Tater Tots
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. Brown the ground beef and onion together in a skillet.  Drain and put in the bottom of large rectangular casserole dish.

  3. Drain the liquid from the green beans and place on top of ground beef.

  4. Combine soups and pour on top of the green beans.

  5. Place the Tater Tots on top.

  6. Bake in 350 degrees F oven for 30-45 minutes.

Notes

Serve this with a big green salad and a loaf of French bread.
